Why We Changed Our Focus
Hello there!
We know it's been quite some time since we last checked in and we wanted to make sure that we put that hiatus to good use. During the time we were away from our great fans, we took our time to find out what more of you wanted to know about. It seemed that we were too broad and that kept us from truly building our relationship with the people who help make us who we are. We learned that to be generic and offer just marketing advice without having a concrete product, service or idea for you to make money with was not what you wanted. YOU WANT TO GET GOING, TAKE ACTION and GET PAID doing it!
So, we put our shoulders to the grind and began TAKING ACTION OURSELVES and this is the result!
We partnered with a company that honestly takes the Distressed Homeowner out of the problem they're facing and literally helps them get BACK ON TRACK by offering them clear, concise and measureable results without the hassle, embarrassment and red tape that many of the banks put them through in the first place. We're offering a true, honest, no nonsense plan to immediately get them back to living again and for your part in all of this the rewards are residual.

REAL ESTATE! It's Still The Best Investment
It's been quite some time since our last post on this REAL ESTATE BLOG. We've been hard at work helping people across the United States save their homes. However, not only are we helping people to stay in or walk away from their homes but we're financially empowering those who help us identify those whom we can help.
You see, empowering people is what we do and through REAL ESTATE we've found a way to do just that. A little over a year ago I was approached by a very dear friend of mine who had been rehabbing homes. He was rehabbing homes that people had lost at one point and who literally tore these homes up once they found out that they were losing it. He began to wrestle with the fact that not only were these people being displaced, but many were also unable to find new housing. That's when he came up with a plan to help those who were in jeopardy of losing their home to actually stay in it or to leave that home freely by allowing him to buy it.
That's what I want to express to you today. REAL ESTATE is what is called a COMMODITY, an APPRECIATING ASSET and is able to be held or exchanged at a profit that can include many people. What most new people who are interested in REAL ESTATE often do not understand is that they don't necessarily have to own the property or land, but they can control some part of it.
You can either control the contracts or be an intermediary in various transactions. The key is to get involved in just about any area of Real Estate because there is a lot of money to be made.

Building The List
One of the most important aspects of your online business will be to create a list. A dedicated, pre-determined, pre-disposed group of people whom you contact on a consistent basis that want to hear from you for mutual benefit. It takes time to build and with every product or service that is on the market to help you build your list it would take too much of your time to discover them all. So, we wanted to key you in on some traditional techniques that are as relevant today as they've always been. I want us to name just a few in this article and we'll explore more as time goes by.
Traditional Marketing: Event Hosting

Event Hosting: By far, this has been the most successful for my business over the years because you have already come in contact with the people who will be on your list. They will have already spoken with you and been in contact with the products and/or services that you have to offer firsthand and face to face. So, they will develop a relationship with you that is unmatched because they have a face, name and place to relate to that will keep you all connected.
Co-Op Advertising: Some will believe that Advertising and Marketing are the same thing, but they are two totally separate techniques that achieve results, but you achieve those results in Advertising in this way. In Advertising you have to walk potential clients through your process. You have to "set up" in their minds the "DRIVE" for them to do business with you. You have to ATTRACT them to you in different ways and that is what Advertising is. When you do it CO-OPeratively "with others" it helps to save you costs by everyone advertising together, but it also helps to get the message to the people. When more hands and minds are on deck to help spread the message, then you are sure to maximize the "man hours" spent on a campaign.
Co-op Marketing: Now, this is where you are making sure to increase the VALUE of a product or service in the eyes of your potential clients. You will spend time developing campaigns or combining ideas on HOW TO increase value in the minds of those whom you want to reach out to. This may take time to do initially, but it is essential to your overall and long term success as who we call A MARKETER. When it is done cooperatively, then again your efforts coupled with others efforts maximize on the time and amount of people you can reach.
Partnering: Overall this is the where good business comes into focus because it takes into consideration what we call "TEAM EFFORT"!
Many times when we open a business, we tend to work in seclusion of others and sometimes that can be good, but to really make your business come to life you have to get out there with others. Bounce your ideas and theirs off your head and by all means try them out. Having a business, any business is IMPORTANT during these times where so much of the job market has been dissipated and curtailed. However, you don't have to do it alone and that's why we created this space for such an effort.
To motivate yourself even on days when it feels like success is impossible is one of the most progressive things you can do at the outset of your business, but to keep going at it will require some interaction with others. Now, some of you may disagree, but it has worked more often than not for my business and I look forward to hearing from you on how these suggestions have helped you in your business.

LEADS! The Driving Force of Your Business, But Is It?
When I first learned that LEADS were the LIFEBLOOD of my business I began searching for any and every source to help me achieve in my business what would be chief to my SUCCESS!
As it stands with two blogs, several thousand posts through social media and beginning to host events on and offline I must say there is a way to get them and a way not to. First off, if you plan on building a successful long term business then leads, leads, leads are what you need. Often new marketers are not sure how to get them, but they know they need them. How I Learned From The Best and Now I Help Others
I received a very interesting Facebook email this morning when I logged on and it was just the thing to get my day started. The person who was seeking my help asked about making money with Facebook so that led me to start thinking....MAYBE OTHERS HAVE THAT SAME PROBLEM...
A few months ago I was struggling on just how to plug into a system of my own that would help me reap online profits and as I was searching it came to me. To put together all the resources I've learned of over the years and incorporate that knowledge into a company that is all ready to pay me well for promoting their product or service. The company I found out about is helping me not only learn how to make money, but they're also teaching me how to put my best foot forward and walk into the kind of FINANCIAL FREEDOM I desire to fund the various projects that I'm involved with.
Now, here is how I was able to achieve success on Facebook: First off, burn this word into your brain AUTOMATE! When you learn to AUTOMATE your business, then you push yourself beyond your capacity to babysit your business. By automating it frees you up to market, learn and get your business in front of people without the headache of sending out emails, telling countless people who either may or may not buy something from you and basically having to limit your earning potential. Automating your business is like having an unpaid professional Office Assistant who never sleeps, but who works hard for you while you sleep or take care of other things.
So, just as you're reading this blog there are many others like yourself who want & need help online and come here to start and this is just the way I attract people from Facebook directly to me. I post the articles in Facebook and then drive people to my AUTOMATED LEAD CAPTURE PAGE that takes the persons information and forwards me an email. That email is my opportunity to connect with people who are eager to talk to me about the business they've decided to check out.
Imagine having a company that already has a product that massive amounts of people are in need of and eager to use. Imagine being able to have them at your disposal at anytime to market other products and services to over time and all from one initial meeting. Imagine putting a system in place that helps people put money in their pocket easily and then you're able to do the same. The Goal Is Not Just Leads, But CONVERSION
Over the past few weeks we've been learning how to help the folks who depend on GREAT GUERILLA MARKETING techniques to help them in their businesses. So we're ready to help you with the right resources; a thorough network of other business people and of course highlights from around the world of successful businesses who are making major moves!
Let's start off with creating the right online presence. How To Take You and Your Business To THE NEXT LEVEL
When I first started out in business for myself it wasn't just to make a living, but to MAKE A DIFFERENCE and that's basically what I want to share with you. As an on and offline marketer with some experience and alot of vision I would like us to turn our attention to the one thing that keeps any business afloat. REPEAT CUSTOMERS! Some say, repeat business; returning clients; etc.
What I want to share is that when you look at your business (if you're already up and running) you should see your business as having too much business and never I don't have enough business coming in to keep my doors open. Let's face it, you went into business to make a difference for yourself and your family(in many cases) so that you could choose your own destiny. Your option to open a business when, where, why and how you want to is vital to your success and developing a clear cut system will make you even more successful as you just keep making sales and getting those repeat customers to do business with you instead of your competition.
Case and point. With over 20,000 Dollar Stores in the U.S. alone there is still a place for Walmart? With as many Starbuck's there are and Dunkin Donuts did you know that the local non-franchise coffee shops are still making alot of money and being successful because they often can do things much faster than a franchise while still offering a smaller selection or little variety to customer just like you and me.
You see, it's not about being a major company, but it's definitely about making a major impact in the community where your business is by servicing the needs that people come to you to supply.
